女上男下被人妻偷拍　小三偕老公告性侵

新北市1對已婚男女詹姓水電工(55歲)與黃姓美髮師(42歲)2010年相識後，多次偷腥，詹妻偷拍到2人性愛畫面，詹男道歉獲原諒，但1年後黃婦卻偕丈夫告對方性侵。法官勘驗嘿咻畫面，認為「女上男下」且表情自然，性侵不成立。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，民庭法官勘驗光碟，2人嘿咻時，黃婦雙腳環跨在詹男的腰際，表情自然，不時拿手機講話；變換姿勢時，她也主動跨坐男方身上繼續嘿咻，判黃女須賠詹妻30萬元，但告不成性侵。詹男被控妨害家庭，依相姦罪被判刑3月；民事部分，法院判詹賠黃女老公20萬元。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
