立院再衝突 陳威仁：警方理性嚴正執法

為聲援民進黨前主席林義雄反核四無限期禁食，公投盟總召蔡丁貴昨晚試圖推倒拒馬進入立法院，和警方發生衝突，今日一早仍有民眾聚集在立院周圍。內政部長陳威仁今早受訪時表示，任何暴力強制手段都不是民主社會應有行為，警方會理性、嚴正執法，維護民主殿堂正常運作。

陳威仁說，警方保持一貫理性、溫和態度，民主社會貴在大家依法表達意見， 任何暴力強制手段都不是民主社會應有的行為，警方也會理性、嚴正執法，希望民眾體諒和配合。

陳威仁表示，維持民主殿堂正常運作非常重要，假如立院無法順利運作，民眾主張的各種法案都要在立院運作才能完成，「阻礙立院運作，訴求不就沒有討論機會」？
