未偵測到任何掃描器,........突然不能掃描

掃描器突然不能使用,出現"未偵測到任何掃描器,若已安裝掃描器請確定他已開啟.......",但它的列印功能很正常~明明是同一台機器壓,有請同事看過~使用過重新安裝過掃描器的驅動~重新新增過裝置~.....等,還是出現"未偵測到任何掃描器,若已安裝掃描器請確定他已開啟......"無法掃描,是用無線網路連線的,但是網路跟事務機都很正常,可以列印但偵測不到掃描器.....是同一台事務機壓???
我覺得是不是電腦的問題呀??Lenovo ThinkPad X230+HP C1312 MFP
