當地下錢莊金主收重利　惡警遭收押

警政署和刑事警察局實施自清專案，查出保四總隊警員林慶瑞(41)歲，涉嫌出資供暴利討債份子開設地下錢莊，收取10分的高利，台中地檢署檢察官林依成本月2日前往保四總隊、林住所等10餘個據點搜索，將林等8名涉案人帶回偵訊後，將林慶瑞、暴利討債主嫌龔志勇(42歲)、葉雲生(42歲)3人依重利、恐嚇罪聲押獲准，其餘嫌犯5人各8到6萬元交保候傳。
 
台中地檢署表示，林於2年前與龔志勇合謀開設地下錢莊，在中彰頭地區收取暴利，每出借100萬元，10天收取利息10萬元。受害人若繳不出利息，林等人就上門出言恐嚇、毆打被害人，粗估林等人不法獲利上百萬元。(鄧玉瑩／台中報導)
