幼稚園起遭性侵　表哥婚禮揭發卻告不成

新竹市1名張姓女子指稱，自幼稚園至國中遭表哥性侵，隱忍多年，趁他的大喜之日要公開揭發醜聞；但因大部分犯罪事證都已過法定的10年追訴時效，依法只能不起訴結案。

不起訴處分書指出，2006年5、6月間，表哥利用外婆過世回家奔喪之便，尾隨張女至3樓房間內，推倒她在床上，企圖拉起上衣伸手撫摸，因強力拉住衣服且奮力推開才逃離魔掌。今日出版的《自由時報》報導，檢察官傳訊張女哥哥及姊姊，婚禮當天，陳男當下反應很慌張，後來又點頭承認有做過這樣的事情，坦承性侵。但因據刑法規定，強制性交罪追訴時效僅10年，該部分已過追訴時效，因此不起訴，告不成表哥性侵。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
