學運期間 北市警統計刑案多了1800多件

318反服貿學運這段期間，首都治安有沒有受到影響？台北市警察局長黃昇勇今天表示，學運以來，台北市刑案件數比去年同期多出1820多件。他呼籲社會大眾讓警方能回歸正常，並專注在治安和交通的本業上，以維護台北市治安。
