男與15歲少女嘿咻　雖和解仍遭起訴

新竹市20歲吳姓男子結交15歲女友，兩人陷入熱戀，去年9月間，吳男兩度帶少女到旅館內開房間嘿咻。事後，少女因經常與男友約會晚歸，少女父發現有異， 查看女兒手機，赫然發現女兒手機通訊軟體line有鹹濕、情色對話「昨天這樣舒不舒服？…每天都想著妳…」，經質問少女才坦承與吳男發生性關係，少女父親氣得怒控對方妨害性自主。

吳男坦承與少女發生性關係，並賠償少女家人50萬元和解。雖吳男與被害少女家人和解，但仍觸犯對14歲以上16歲以上女子性交罪嫌，新竹地檢今提起公訴。（楊勝裕／新竹報導）
