發展人民幣離岸中心 寶島債拚300億發行量

為快速達成人民幣離岸中心的目標，櫃買中心將積極與新加坡及倫敦交易所合作架構共同發行及交易的人民幣債券平台。櫃買中心董事長吳壽山預期，國內寶島債市場可望快速攀升，今年發行量有機會增加人民幣160億元，朝總量體人民幣300億元邁進。

吳壽山指出，台灣與中國大陸貿易往來高達1,200億美元，且台灣以中小企業為主的經濟本質，與兩岸頻繁的貿易連結，成為我國發展人民幣離岸中心的優勢。

而與新加坡及倫敦交易所合作共同架構人民幣離岸中心，透過人民幣計價債券的發行與交易，一方面增加寶島債國際能見度，一方面也可以增加貿易結算效率及企業籌資便利性。
