繳費單沒明細 反eTag車主抗議

不滿遠通電收對非eTag用戶造成諸多不便，近50名車主昨天從台北市大佳河濱公園出發，開上國道並在中壢服務區遠通電收服務站前拉布條抗議。他們認為收到的繳費通知單沒明細又沒條碼，到超商繳費還要被收5元手續費，要求政府別再圖利財團，將國道收費機制回歸國有。

在車主聚集怒吼的同時，遠東集團董事長徐旭東則在元智大學25周年校慶致詞時提到，現階段就是「多做事少講話」，因為講太多會被攻擊，且台灣現階段無法批評好壞。

他有感而發地說，現在社會「民主過了頭」，「做任何事都被綁手綁腳」，面對記者追問有關eTag問題，徐旭東則搖手不願多作回應。

反eTag車隊發起人孫偉表示，民眾收到的繳費通知單沒有任何明細，上面沒有條碼不能到超商繳費，但遠通電收的門市又非常少，一點都不便民，另繳費單平信郵資由交通部支付，等同全民埋單，「大家都被坑錢」。

眾多車主除在遠通電收服務站拉布條怒吼表達不滿，現場並擺放數十種由網友自製的「eTag不爽裝」貼紙，供民眾自由索取。參與的劉姓車主表示，國道收費攸關全台民眾，但政府決策過程草率，所以用實際行動，呼籲更多人退租eTag。
