IMF警告 所得不均傷害經濟

國際貨幣基金(International Monetary Fund，IMF)13日發出警告，所得不均將使經濟成長減緩。IMF並提出解決之道。

IMF提出的方法包括提高財產稅，對富有人徵收更多稅，以及提高政府退休計畫的合格年齡。

國際貨幣基金指出，各國有權決定如何降低所得不均，但如果採行IMF的建議，將能在不傷害成長的情況下，以徵稅和政府支出政策等方式達成目標。

提出這些建議顯示IMF逐漸關切全球貧富不均的問題，這對過去主要是提供貸款並要求撙節的IMF來說，是不尋求的現象。

國際貨幣基金在今年1月、全球政商領袖齊聚的世界經濟論壇(WEF)的前夕曾警告，所得分配不均日漸嚴重，已對全球經濟發展與穩定造成威脅。
