今天…恐還是虛耗

立法院內政等八個委員會聯席會議昨（12）日首度審查兩岸服貿協議，卻因朝野衝突不斷，議事空轉一天。

擔任主席的民進黨籍立委陳其邁在散會前宣布完成初步程序；國民黨團則認為會議無效，今（13）日開會續審，恐將繼續虛耗。

服貿協議昨進入立法院委員會攻防，陳其邁9時宣布開會，國民黨籍立委占據發言台，上午議事空轉。

下午恢復開會後，朝野立委發生爭執、互搶麥克風，包括經濟部長張家祝等數十位官員無奈之餘，只能在座位上看資料、滑手機。
