聯電擬辦私募有價證券 每股配息0.5元

晶圓代工大廠聯電今日董事會通過將以不超過16.92億股額度內，辦理私募案籌措資金，以利尋求與國內外廠商進行半導體技術合作或策略聯盟機會。

聯電財務長劉啟東表示，這項私募案是因應聯電策略布局，提案於今年股東常會通過授權董事會籌碼資金的備案，目前並未有明確的策略結盟及技術合作案。

聯電董事會同時通過去年盈餘每股配發0.5元現金股息，預估將配發現金股息達62.48億元。
