瓦斯爐下面的烤盤

我新買的房子中已經有這種瓦斯爐了

目前針對下面這個部份很好奇，看旁邊有個魚圖案表示可用來烤魚，請問這個除了可以烤魚之外還可以來做怎樣的料理調理呢？


台灣老家沒這種東西所以也不知道這個的真正調理用途，希望專業朋友可以給個指引！
