標題[請益] 吃中藥長痘痘?

我因為有過敏性鼻炎加上常常便秘等毛病開始吃中藥調身體 雖然上述問題都有獲得改善但是痘痘開始長的比以前多 (不確定是否是吃中藥的關係) 簡單敘述一下我的生活 晚上12:00~12:30左右睡覺 一個禮拜五天去公園運動40分鐘 幾乎很少吃油炸或是喝飲料 每天吃水果 每天素顏(但是會擦防曬) 月經很準時 因為痘痘的關係去看了皮膚科 用醫生推薦的貴貴保養品+洗面乳(花了不少錢) 用日本買的Acnes痘痘藥(超多人推薦的痘痘藥) 但是痘痘還是一直長(而且都是大顆的那種) 以前很少長痘痘 但是一長痘痘就會有痘疤(幾乎不會消) 雖然痘痘很快就會消(但是痘疤消不掉) 好不容易痘痘消了 新的痘痘就會冒出來 就這樣一直惡性循環 有跟醫生反應過 但似乎沒有明顯改善 有人說是排毒 有人說可能是中藥過敏 害我都快不敢出門= = 有沒有人有類似經驗可以分享一下? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.24.76.46 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/BeautySalon/M.1411142888.A.A86.html
