如果是實價登錄前買的房子可以用現值來估，不一定要繳交太多贈與稅。

除了增值稅其他金額都不致於太高（大都幾萬元）

地價稅、房屋稅是原本就每年繳的，不是因為過戶才要繳。

稅金主要是贈與稅、土地增值稅、契稅、印花稅等規費等，要視你的房屋土地價值（現值）

便宜的十萬元內搞定，多的當然有土地增值稅就繳交上百上千萬的。
