（中央社記者陳朝福高雄13日電）蔡姓男子今天駕駛曳引車載運鋼板，疑因綑綁鐵鍊索鬆脫，造成1塊鋼板擦撞路樹後掉落，砸中會車女騎士頭部，無呼吸心跳。 高雄市警方初步調查，蔡男駕駛曳引車載運氣爆災區重建用的箱涵鋼板，行經高雄市鳥松區美庄路時，疑因綑綁鐵鍊索鬆脫，1塊鋼板擦撞路樹後掉落。 警方表示，鋼板掉落時，剛好秦姓女騎士騎車經過會車，鋼板不偏不倚砸中秦女頭部，警消到場救護時，秦女已無呼吸心跳。 警方對蔡男進行酒測，酒測值為零，警訊後全案依過失致死罪嫌送辦。 http://ppt.cc/cO58 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 115.43.216.88 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Kaohsiung/M.1410599329.A.404.html
