西方制裁 俄盧布兌美元創新低

因為烏克蘭危機，歐美國家擴大對俄羅斯的制裁力度，連帶使俄國盧布(ruble)的匯率創下新低紀錄。
台灣時間今天(11日)晚間7時35分，盧布兌美元的匯率，跌到1美元兌37.57盧布，從9月1日的前一波低點、1美元兌37.51盧布，跌至新的低點。
同時盧布兌歐元也下跌，莫斯科股市今天也是走跌收盤，收盤時下跌19.25點，跌幅為1.55%，收在1,219.84點。
