討債殺同鄉 越勞重判15年

越南籍逃逸外勞阮文東，不滿同鄉阮姓男子欠他1萬多元不還，憤而夥眾持刀理論，阮文東一刀朝被害人胸口刺入造成重傷，一行人犯後逃到高雄躲藏後落網，阮文東犯後不僅沒有悔意，移審法院時還嘻皮笑臉，法官認為他毫不尊重生命，依殺人罪重判15年，其他未動手的三位同夥無罪。

21歲阮文東來台工作3年，與死者都是逃逸外勞。去年3月14日晚間，阮文東和友人飲酒吃飯間，抱怨同鄉阮男欠錢不還還要打他，便邀在場3名好友前往教訓對方並討債。

詎料，阮文東一進被害人房門，就持刀往對方左胸刺入，導致其出血性休克死亡。
