台美食形象發餿 觀光局提4對策

（中央社記者蔡和穎台北2014年9月10日電）餿水油衝擊台灣觀光形象，觀光局祭出4點對策，「誠實告知、清查團膳、資訊同步、抽檢旅宿」，力保台灣美食觀光招牌。

餿水油風暴越滾越大，台灣揚名國際的美食觀光形象受衝擊，觀光局駐外單位回報，新加坡、香港因台灣有線電視播放影響，負面報導較多，歐美方面，德媒也有對台灣餿水油事件報導。

觀光局副局長劉喜臨表示，觀光局對台灣食安問題採取誠實告知原則，資訊透明公開，不希望試圖欺瞞觀光客。

對於陸客憂心團膳混「餿」，劉喜臨指出，觀光局已著手清查陸客團餐餐廳，目前並未查到有使用餿水油的情形；夜市方面，就現有資訊來看未受波及。

觀光局每年對旅宿業有4次不定期食品安全抽查，也將同步提供食安問題最新資訊，給來台自由行旅客參考。劉喜臨強調，捍衛台灣美食觀光招牌，絕不能抱持僥倖的心態。
