拚電商 亞馬遜將進駐滬自貿區

（中央社台北2014年8月21日電）美國網路零售巨擘亞馬遜打算在中國大陸大展拳腳，準備落戶上海自貿區。

根據華爾街日報（WSJ）報導，總部位在西雅圖的亞馬遜（ Amazom .com Inc. US-AMZN）周三宣布與上海自貿區主管當局簽署協議，計畫在上海自貿區成立營運據點，展開跨境電子商務服務，亞馬遜希望可以把全球商品進口到中國，藉此與阿里巴巴集團控股等大陸電商龍頭一拚高下。

亞馬遜還將在大陸打造物流倉儲，如此一來，也可以將大陸商家產品賣到全球。

亞馬遜希望此舉能夠強化與阿里巴巴等大陸電商龍頭的競爭力。阿里巴巴是大陸電商龍頭，旗下有二個交易市集，去年大陸線上購物規模估計達3000億美元，阿里巴巴就奪下八成市占。（譯者：中央社趙蔚蘭）
