樓下鄰居在廁所抽菸，搞得我家很臭怎麼辦？

我們廁所是裝 阿拉斯加968sk-2,強抽120cmh
大樓廁所都沒對外窗，
每天樓下回家後就在廁所抽菸，
我家又有小小孩，
對方不好溝通，
肺好痛苦，
不知這問題能怎麼解？

1.看過版上推薦空氣清淨機但好像對菸味無解
2.換抽風機？但我需要有熱風功能（因有baby）
3.想不到有高人能指點嗎？

別跟我說找樓下談了，這社會很多病態，家中有小孩老婆我不敢賭她們的安全。
但她們每天陪吸二手菸也不行得快解決

這問題能處理到家裡空氣是健康的(不是噴精油聞不出菸味就好）
10萬預算內。
