《科技》德儀推最低功耗模組，提升新一代穿戴式效能

【時報記者江俞庭台北報導】德州儀器 (TI) 宣佈針對各種新一代超低功耗應用推出業界最小的最低功耗模組，適用於穿戴式電子設備、遠端感測器等的設計，進一步提升了德儀在提供最高效能DC/DC轉換器的整體實力。

德儀認為，低功耗與小尺寸對穿戴式設備設計至關重要，而德儀推出最新TPS82740A與TPS82740B降壓轉換器模組不僅支援200-mA 輸出電流，效率高達95%，而且在工作狀態下暫態電流僅消耗360 nA，待機消耗70nA。微小型3-MHz模組採用全面整合型9焊球 MicroSiP封裝，其高度整合開關穩壓器、電感器以及輸入/輸出電容器，可達到尺寸僅6.7平方毫米的解決方案以及30 mA/平方毫米的功率密度。

德儀表示，TPS82740A支援1.8V至2.5V輸出電壓，而TPS82740B 則支援2.6V至3.3V輸出電壓，步進為100mV，可滿足各種微控制器的電源需求，其中包括德儀最新超低功耗 MSP430FR59xx微控制器 (MCU)以及SimpleLink CC2541無線MCU等藍芽低耗能解決方案。
