美法院裁決好必來不支付避孕費用

美國最高法院卅日以五票贊成四票反對，裁決好必來公司（HobbyLobby Inc.）得以以宗教豁免為由，不必支付員工避孕支出。

好必來是一家由福音派基督徒創辦的工藝品連鎖企業，該公司以總統歐巴馬的健保法違法該公司宗教信仰，向法院提出不支付員工避孕支出要求，最高法院卅日就此作成裁決。
