版上各位先進大家好
小弟是01上的新手.目前都在01上爬文觀看資料
小弟已經下訂金了.過幾天要簽約了.目前簽約資料已經拿回
想請教幾個問題...

1...建案是彰化花壇滿築6期.建設公司是商洪建設公司.請問有人聽過這間建設公司嗎?信用好嗎?

2...此建案訂金+簽約金+開工款只要90萬 (對我來說還是很多.相對其他建案少很多).之後就是交屋辦貸款了.這樣會有問題嗎?

3...爬了一些相關簽約的注意事項.不是有沒有大大想到一些會遺漏的事項呢?
