兩年燒兩次　劉政鴻要資源回收廠關門

苗栗縣後龍鎮高鐵特定區的台13甲線路旁，上午10時多疑路旁檳榔攤燃燒雜物，引燃後方資源回收廠堆積的廢棄塑料，現場火勢悶燒濃煙密布；馬路對面的加油站，因安全起見還一度暫停營業近1小時，直到火勢撲滅。

這已是該家資源回收廠營業2年來第2次火警，惡臭不斷隨著濃煙飄散，令人窒息。縣長劉政鴻到場關切時，當場氣得說：「要叫他全部清走！」他指出這是住宅區，對面又有加油站，工廠安全管理鬆散，一定會要求環保局等相關單位稽查到底，若有安全疑慮，將要求勒令停業。(吳傑沐／苗栗報導)
