Apple 申請將他們對 Samsung 的專利案重審，只因罰得不夠啊

雖然在 Apple 在對 Samsung 的第二次專利大戰之中勝出了，但結果只從 Samsung 口袋裡拿到少少的 1.196 億美元罰金，這個數字對雙方來說都只是雞毛蒜皮吧！所以 Apple 就算是勝方也要主動提出重審的要求。他們要求更多的罰金（本身要求 22 億美元）和更重的懲罰，包括禁止 Samsung 售賣使用了侵犯他們專利的產品（包括 slide-to-unlock、文字建議 / 自動完成和點按連結自動切換程式），有可能可以套用在 Samsung 未來推出的產品。暫時不知道 Apple 的要求會不會獲得法官接納。

所以說，Apple 是不能拿出對待 Motorola 的風度來對 Samsung 呢。
