疑與妻吵架 騎贓車闖空門

海軍陸戰隊退伍的27歲陳姓男子，疑和妻子吵架，涉嫌在新北市鶯歌地區竊得贓車，騎到桃園縣八德市，發現永福西街老舊公寓與高級社區僅有1公尺之隔，曾經在兩棲偵搜大隊的陳嫌自覺身手矯健，於是利用木板搭建便道，冒險攀爬進入高級住宅社區行竊。

進入社區後，沿著2樓瓦片從窗戶潛入，前後進入5戶住宅，竊得現金2萬5千元、數位相機和進口披風大衣等物。

陳嫌離開時，拿走屋主放在桌上的機車鑰匙和行照，到停車場騎走何姓屋主機車，臨走前還和警衛致意說「辛苦了」，由於陳嫌長相斯文老實，警衛誤以為是新住戶，未加留意。

八德警方日前依據路口監視器，循線逮捕陳嫌，他供稱退伍後擔任派遣工，找不到穩定工作，缺錢花用才會行竊。
