【捷運殺人】被裁定羈押　捷運屠夫：目的就是要殺人

犯下捷運瘋狂殺人案的21歲屠夫鄭捷今晨4時30分經新北地檢署複訊後，被依涉犯殺人重罪，且有勾串、逃亡之虞聲押禁見。新北地院今上午6時5分召開聲押庭，審理14分鐘就裁定鄭男羈押台北看守所，但未禁見。鄭男上午6時40分已被送抵看守所，進行脫衣檢身與編號入房等程序。

據悉，鄭男承認在捷運板南線持刀殺人與傷人，宣稱「目的就是要殺人」，但未交代行兇動機，也沒表示有無悔意。檢方後續將清查鄭男有無共犯或被煽惑，另將解剖4名遇害者大體釐清死因。（黃哲民／新北報導）
