解銬吃飯 通緝犯落跑送命

六十九歲李姓強盜通緝犯昨凌晨被逮，近中午警方買便當給他吃，基於人道解開手銬，豈料他趁警方不注意溜出派出所，在門口偷了一輛腳踏車逃跑，但騎不到三百公尺自撞路邊小客車摔倒，送醫不治。

警方研判，李竊取的腳踏車右側踏板壞掉脫落，疑似慌張騎乘且道路雨後濕滑才釀成意外。

李卅二年前擔任警員，在嘉義市某理髮廳與人糾紛，遭兩大過免職，同年十二月回原任職的嘉義縣南靖糖廠，偷走衝鋒槍一支、卡賓槍及四五手槍各二支、二百多發子彈，逃亡十四天後攜槍彈投案。

警方查出，李出獄後，又在高雄涉強盜案被判刑二年十月，服刑一半趁保外就醫時逃逸，去年六月發布通緝。
