標題[心得] 誠品樓管面試心得

在104投遞職缺後 大概2-3天接到面試電話 面試的過程是直接跟分店店長面談 我們這批是4位同時 面談的問題大致為： 1.自我介紹(個人特質.工作經驗.未來規劃等) 2.為什麼想來誠品 3.為什麼想來誠品這家分店 4.對樓管的工作了解有多少 5.為什麼想應徵樓管這份工作 6.交通工具為何 7.能否接受輪班.輪休.進撤櫃可能會到很晚的工作時間 8.因應發展擴張 能否接受調店的安排 然後主管大致說明了一下樓管的工作內容/上班時間/薪資待遇等(沒經驗的應不超過30K) 整個面談中過程是很輕鬆的 後面有點閒聊的性質 可能每家分店狀況會不太一樣 大致是這樣結束本次面試 給各位想投入誠品樓管大大們參考 可能真的很缺人 隔天我就接到錄取電話了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 118.169.185.165 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1400145627.A.42F.html ※ 編輯: kouitsuka (118.169.185.165), 05/15/2014 17:23:08
