瑞銀：今年陸股還會跌20%

在房市表現疲軟及人民幣貶值情況下，瑞銀（UBS）首席中國股市策略師陳李預期，中國滬深300指數成分股公司今年獲利將會下滑3%，與市場預測的成長14%大相逕庭。
 
陳李表示，考慮到房市疲弱表現及人民幣走貶的因素，分析師還會下調預期，中國大型非銀行股今年跌幅可能會擴大至20%。
 
他指出，今年陸股走勢將與2012年相似。當時中國經濟成長放緩使得分析師下調獲利預期，滬深300指數自當年5月高點下跌至12月的低點，跌幅超過20%。陳李表示，今年將會是股市下跌的一年，而房地產將會是最大風險。
 
市場擔心房市下跌將增加經濟風險，滬深300指數今年以來已經下跌7.6%，分析師預測中國今年經濟成長率將創下24年新低。（陳冠穎／綜合外電報導）
