星雲：吾言有罪 台電：萬分慚愧

核能發電用過燃料棒，即高階核廢何處去，台電總經理朱文成今天透露，多年前曾和北韓協商，目前進度中止，但大陸「仍為進行式，有一個管道正在走」，可能性最高。

立法院經濟委員會今天審查「103年度核能發電後端營運基金」，今年預算數15.55億元，較去年增加5億492萬元，台電公司指出，主因是新增蘭嶼貯存場土地續租配套回饋金2.2億元、興建核電廠乾式貯存設施等支出增加。

朝野立委質疑，低階核廢原訂2011年遷出蘭嶼，但因其他處理場難尋，包括金門烏坵、台東達仁皆不樂觀，卻一延再延。

對於近來核四爭議，星雲法師為文「吾言有罪」，卻遭藝人雞排妹臉書發言批評，「謝謝星雲大師，核廢料有地方放了！！！」朱文成今天被問及此事，遭立委批評核廢處理不力，他說，「萬分慚愧」。
