誤導用戶 Snapchat與FTC和解

（法新社舊金山8日電） 美國聯邦貿易委員會（USFederal Trade Commission，FTC）今天宣布，已與手機行動應用程式Snapchat達成協議，就公司誤導使用者的指控和解。

Snapchat誤導使用者，讓用戶認為透過這個應用程式發送的影像會在讀取後永遠消失，受到美國聯邦貿易委員會指控。

和解條款包括，Snapchat提高自動銷毀簡訊服務隱私及安全性，並設立獨立監控單位，在未來20年追蹤Snapchat的各項作為。

根據美國聯邦貿易委員會的訴狀，Snapchat在許多方面誤導使用者，像是宣稱使用者送出的影像在讀取後會「永遠消失」，卻沒有告知使用者，有心人士還是可以使用相機拍照、第3方應用程式，或是擷取螢幕畫面的功能，無限期留存照片。（譯者：中央社林亭儀）
