交易困難 宏盟和陽獅合併破局

（中央社台北2014年5月9日電）彭博報導，宏盟集團（Omnicom Group Inc. US-OMC）和陽獅集團（PublicisGroup SA FR-PUB）昨天發表聲明，兩家公司已放棄350億美元的合併計畫。

聲明說，作成這項決定是因為「在合理期限內」完成交易有困難。去年兩家公司協議以換股的方式組成全世界最大的廣告公司，所有權由兩公司股東平均分配，兩公司執行長並且共同經營合併後的公司。

但根據熟悉內情的人士說，現在兩家公司的董事會投票表決終止這項協議，因為他們未能在關鍵的管理角色和從上到下整合問題上達成協議。這名消息人士要求不要透露姓名，因為對這些考慮的討論並不公開。（譯者：中央社簡長盛）
