安倍:將解禁集體自衛權

共同社報導，日本首相安倍晉三當地時間5月6日下午在布魯塞爾召開的北大西洋公約組織理事會會議上發表演講，表示決心通過修改憲法解釋，解禁集體自衛權。

他還表示，中國的軍事動向「是國際社會的關切事項」，日本希望與擁有民主主義和法治等共同基本價值觀的北約加強合作。
