儘管是上一代做生意有賺到錢, 頂多也碰到台北市的邊邊
我很難理解雙張要把台北市中心房價打下來的目的及合理性為何? 上一代用一輩子的努力買的房, 後面出生的因為買不起就要房價下來給他們買?

那因為自住, 之前乖乖因為政府沒伸手去管而買貴的, 政府可以退差價嗎? 還是政府規定房子只能賣多少, 統一價格, 讓有需求想換屋的有個依循. 政府要做的是提供住的需求, 不是房子持有的需求, 稅要提高是沒問題, 但如果提高到一般民眾持有房子有困難的話, 是不是不要房地產這個產業?
