4月下旬記憶體合約價 持平

（中央社記者張建中新竹2014年5月6日電）市調機構集邦科技調查，4月下旬包括動態隨機存取記憶體(DRAM)與儲存型快閃記憶體(NAND Flash)記憶體合約價同步持平開出。

集邦科技表示，DRAM大廠逐步將產能從標準型記憶體轉向生產行動記憶體，讓供貨吃緊的DRAM現貨市場底部價格確立。

DRAM現貨價走揚，牽動4月下旬DRAM合約價持平開出，模組合約均價維持在30.5美元水準。

至於NAND Flash方面，集邦科技指出，模組廠對後續銷售展望保守，加上記憶卡和隨身碟零售價格持續走跌，中國大陸五一假期前拉貨動能低迷。

不過，NAND Flash供應商為避免利潤被壓縮，集邦科技表示，近期在價格談判態度轉趨強硬，不願再降價刺激銷售，支撐4月下旬NAND Flash顆粒合約價同樣持平表現。
