地板磁磚隆起裂開

聽老一輩的說,這是因為現在房子都蓋很快,沒有等水泥收乾,就直接裝潢,所以住個幾年後,水泥收乾了,就會跟裝潢的瓷磚之間有縫隙,這樣就容易造成磁磚裂開的問題!!

以前蓋房子 好像都要用好水泥後,在灑水,等水泥完全收乾再開始裝潢,但是這樣要花很多時間,現在都要省時間,可能外面乾了,就開始裝潢了!!

如果要處理 最好也抓漏一下,因為也有可能有縫隙導致漏水等等的問題!!
PS:以上都是聽說的,目前住的是30年前蓋好的房子,沒遇過這樣的問題!!只是長輩的裝潢師說的!!
