新北市1名35歲林姓女子，今晚七時許，和男友發生口角，懷疑男友不愛她了，林女當著男友面前跨坐窗戶上作勢跳樓，男友急忙阻止，拉扯間林女不慎從7樓墜下，頭部著地送醫後仍不治身亡，男友陪同送醫時，情緒相當激動，不斷捶打救護車，大叫：「老婆，你怎麼會這麼傻」。

警方表示，林女離婚育有1女，住處則是前夫所擁有，由於現場只有林女的男友說法，目前不排他殺可能，將查訪附近鄰居調閱監視器，到場勘驗是否屬實，釐清事發原因。（李俊淇／新北報導）

立院議場所有的門都被椅子堵起來，負責看守議場5號門的林緯，是守門組組長，外表看來無疑是個社運青年。但令不少人驚訝的是，他居然是持有黨證的「國民黨員」

21歲的林緯從小熱愛政治議題，受家庭影響，一直都泛藍支持者。他說，從國中時就一直想入黨，未來也想投入政治工作，18歲成年時，甚至主動加入國民黨，「當時很開心，自認終於是黨的一份子」。
 
但大學念社會發展系，加入「屏東落山風社」，林緯接觸到社運、弱勢議題，大二觀察反媒體壟斷、反核四運動，「開始對黨國意識動搖」。

他情緒激動地說，從旁觀者觀察社會的一舉一動，發現社會上有太多不公平，既得利益者只想維護自己的權利，透過教育把人奴化。他認為服貿是喪權辱國的條約，不願台灣逐漸走向統一之路，才決定站出來，
 
林緯回想，3月18日當晚衝議場時，他和其他夥伴數度與警方攻堅，警方快破門而入時，他突發奇想拿出黨證大喊，「我是國民黨黨員，我都站在這了，為什麼你們還站在那！」熱血負責的他，受到不少組員愛戴，也在這次學運結交不少革命夥伴。
 
他說，現在已經沒有理由在待在國民黨，「大學以前總覺得參加社運的是刁民，但現在回想覺得自己以前很瞎」。雖然親戚家人不支持，但他斬釘截鐵地說，這次學運結束，就會去辦理退黨。(郭建伸／台北報導)

貼現息=1,035,000*9%*4/12=31,050
貼現值=1,035,000-31,050=1,003,950
已經過去的兩個月所收到的利息=1,000,000*7%*2/12=11,667

寫個分錄:(總額法)
借現金1,003,950
借利息費用7717------平衡得出
貸應收票據貼現1,000,000
貸利息收入11,667

寫個分錄:(淨額法)
借現金1,003,950
貸應收票據貼現1,000,000
貸利息收入3,950

寫個分錄:(貼現損益法)
借現金1,003,950
借貼現損失7717------平衡得出
貸應收票據貼現1,000,000
貸利息收入11,667

題目沒任何表是用何法 就用三種分錄來看 明顯為淨額法
也就是把(總額法)的利息收入與費用相抵銷

國民黨立委陳根德下午發出聲明，澄清今天部分網路論壇傳出他已經簽署日前佔據立院議場學生所提出之兩岸服貿協議及協議監督法制化承諾書，屬於誤傳，他並未簽署該份承諾書。

聲明內容指出，中華民國為民主法治的國家，政黨政治、代議政治與法治同時為國家長治久安之基石。陳根德尊重學運同學們的理想與訴求，但身為合法票選之民意代表，所做的決定仍須以選區多數民意及民眾福祉為依歸。

聲明內容指出，由於不願立院繼續空轉、社會持續對立，他昨天在黨團大會呼籲，國民黨身為執政黨，絕對有責任讓僵局早日落幕。因此包含學運所提的「先立法、後審查」在內的任何訴求，只要有助解決爭議，黨團同志都可以考慮、討論，而非陷入現今之零和困局。

陳根德指出，民主社會的可貴，在於每個人可以透過合法管道表達意見，經由制度，合法、和平取得多數共識，呼籲學生、民眾、政府及立委同仁以和諧、智慧而非對抗、衝突共同化解爭議，早日讓國家恢復正常運作。
