Malaysia to open new budget airport in MH370 shadow

Sepang (Malaysia) (AFP) - Malaysia this week opens what it calls the world's largest airport built specifically for low-cost airlines, a project driven by budget travel's phenomenal growth but which debuts under the shadow of missing flight MH370. The $1.2 billion facility near the main Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) was originally targeted to open three years ago but has been hit by repeated delays, amid concerns over safety and subpar construction, even as costs have doubled. But the new KLIA2 budget terminal will begin operations Friday with an initial 56 flights, increasing the load as airlines move full operations over from a nearby existing facility in coming days. Its modern design features soaring ceilings, natural lighting, people-mover belts and improved connectivity with access to an existing express airport train to Kuala Lumpur 50 kilometres (31 miles) away.

蘋果提訟案 陪審團要更多證據

（中央社台北2014年5月1日電）彭博報導，蘋果公司控告三星電子公司侵害專利權且要求賠償20億美元訴訟案的陪審團決定，要求法官提供更多的證據。

這些證據是為了瞭解蘋果公司共同創辦人賈伯斯（Steve Jobs）在決定提出訴訟時是否提到谷歌公司。

美國聯邦法院地方法官高蘭惠（Lucy Koh）在答覆陪審團這項問題時說，陪審團只能考慮在審判中提出的證據，不會提供補充的資料。在加州聖荷西聯邦法院經過近4週的辯論庭後，陪審團昨天下午開始商議此案。

由於三星（Samsung Electronics Co. KR-005930）宣稱，在這項審判中，蘋果（Apple Inc. US-AAPL）的真正目標是谷歌公司（Google Inc. US-GOOG）的Android操作系統。三星智慧型手機是搭配Android。蘋果在美國對三星提出的第2次訴訟內容大部分是Android功能有關。

蘋果和三星為了爭奪市場的主導權，一直在全球4大洲纏鬥。根據彭博彙編的數據，這個市場去年價值是3382億美元。三星占這項產業營收的31%，蘋果占15%。

但蘋果的市占率已經萎縮，因為觸控介面變成更普及，且三星、樂金電子公司 （LG Electronics Inc.KR-066570）和聯想集團（Lenovo Group Ltd. HK-992）都已推出低價的替代手機。（譯者：中央社簡長盛）

信評機構標準普爾（S&P）公司把德銀等15家歐洲銀行的信評展望砍到負向，理由是未來政府伸援的可能性降低。

標普29日發布聲明指出，包括巴克萊銀行、瑞士信貸（Credit Suisse）和德意志銀行（Deutsche Bank）等15家歐洲銀行的債信展望，從穩定調降到負向。

29日發布報告指出，歐洲主管機關正採取行動，要求債權人而非納稅人承擔銀行倒閉損失。雖然短期內政府應該仍會確保優先順位債權人的權益，但2016年起情況將會改觀。

標普說：「隨著監管單位採取新的解決機制，政府大幅紓困的力度可能減弱。」

登登登~就是榮燦 正在等待重播，來打打心得。 1. 像牡丹提親。 從第一集就可以看出來，牡丹一開始就對榮燦沒好感。 剛見面就獻殷勤，還宣示自己就是他的老婆，一般人只會覺得這個人是神經病吧。 若不是知道木成在正義鞋廠上班，牡丹誤以為是木成來提親， 榮燦的提親一定馬上被牡丹打槍。 結果榮燦的提親能夠成功，也是憑著木成所屬的正義鞋廠的名號。 2. 繼承鞋廠。 靠的也是阿惜和阿祿師的幫(奧)忙(步)。 3. 鞋廠危機。 雖然說榮燦自己有努力奔走.處理，但是下場 A.四處向人借師傅，借到被阿祿師嘲諷---失敗 B.請原料商上酒店，被白吃白喝一頓卻一點好處也沒拿到---失敗 最後還是靠著牡丹說動木成，木成回正義幫忙。 原料短缺也是靠著木成之前幫助江山格子場，之後江山再回報。 (而木成當初卻是因為讓了一些原料給江山而被趕出去，真是諷刺) 我說木成你這麼早回去幹麻呢？就應該讓正義頻臨倒閉邊緣再像救星一般的出現阿。 不過我想一則，木成做不出來; 二則，這樣那對無良母子反而更會懷疑木成要將格子場搶走吧。 每次看到榮燦明明是受惠於別人，卻還以為是自己的功勞而自負的笑， 就很想把他的笑容打掉! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 很多人一直到昨天才覺得榮燦黑了，白不回來了， 我倒是在9集就看穿榮燦了!(自以為什麼阿XD) 撇開榮燦不知道他媽與阿祿師聯手， 當初阿惜一反常態的放木成假，讓他帶孩子們出去玩，阿惜也有跟榮燦說， 她是故意這麼做的，就是希望榮燦能贏得比賽。 所以榮燦對阿惜這手法是知悉的! 之後好幾次，阿惜使出類似的伎倆干擾木成，榮燦也都在格子場， 但他都沒有阻止，繼續放任他媽這樣幫助他，藉由這些奧步讓自己走在這場比賽的前端。 最後榮燦終於贏了，而他竟然還有臉對木成說"君子之爭"!! 難道他真的打從心底認為這場比賽是公平的？ 從這一段後，我就開始討厭榮燦了，在這之前，都還覺得榮燦只是易受阿惜影響.煽動。 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 其實可以發現戲中一直強調一位師傅做鞋的"手路"。 一開始就有說木成的手藝一看就能知道，和別人不同； 還有一段，是榮燦剛接格子場，好像是阿三做的鞋有問題，榮燦拿著鞋去問師父， 阿祿師說這手藝一看就不是他做的； 阿三也常說他做的鞋子就像他的孩子一樣，那手藝一看就會知道， 從這幾段可以看出來，雖然都是做鞋，但每位師父還是有他們自己的一些手法。 所以對於昨天榮燦栽贓木成的戲，我個人是認為榮燦是故意的，借題發揮， 要把木成壓落底，不然就是他根本已經得了木成被害妄想症了! -----------------以下有雨後驕陽演員訪談的小小雷------------------------------- 我想我應該會一直不喜歡榮燦到最後幾集吧 之前意外看到訪談，林雨宣(長大後的筱晴)說，筱晴這角色是有點被寵壞的大小姐， 像他爸爸一樣 會用點心機和小手段， 所以我想之後應該還是有不少互鬥的戲碼吧。 不過我會一直追下去的!! 這部戲真的好棒阿阿阿!! 重播終於快開始了，喔耶 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 61.228.17.110 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/TaiwanDrama/M.1398872121.A.7B4.html ※ 編輯: amy93 (61.228.17.110), 04/30/2014 23:36:37
