標普調降15家歐銀信評

信評機構標準普爾（S&P）公司把德銀等15家歐洲銀行的信評展望砍到負向，理由是未來政府伸援的可能性降低。

標普29日發布聲明指出，包括巴克萊銀行、瑞士信貸（Credit Suisse）和德意志銀行（Deutsche Bank）等15家歐洲銀行的債信展望，從穩定調降到負向。

29日發布報告指出，歐洲主管機關正採取行動，要求債權人而非納稅人承擔銀行倒閉損失。雖然短期內政府應該仍會確保優先順位債權人的權益，但2016年起情況將會改觀。

標普說：「隨著監管單位採取新的解決機制，政府大幅紓困的力度可能減弱。」
