昨日聯合報頭條新聞，郭董痛罵陳某立委「禽獸」不如，真大快人心。

馬總統不幸喪母，乃是椎心之痛，他身為總統，為了不勞師動眾、文武官員、各界賢達疲勞奔波，不設靈堂，不辦公祭，僅與家人，痛思母恩：生我、育我、教我、懿情懷，於哀痛之際，皆為人之同情。古人言：惻隱之心人皆有之，無惻隱之心者，非人也。所以郭董罵陳某禽獸不如，實不為過。

我目前ip被某些網站鎖定了
可是我又很需要在那網站建立新的帳號
無法申請 所以很急的需要ip轉換的程式
網路上我也尋找很久 可是有得太複雜
我對電腦又不是很ok 所以看不太懂
所在希望提供可以是中文版的ip轉換程式嗎??
可以的話 順便詳細的說明操作方式....謝謝

香港市調公司7日公布大陸智慧型手機市占率排行，小米手機以11%市占率打敗蘋果電腦的iPhone，躍居第三名，前兩名為三星與聯想。

根據南韓《朝鮮日報》報導，香港市調公司Counterpoint Technology Market Research在7日公布大陸智慧型手機市占率排行，三星電子以18%市占率居首位，聯想以12%位居第二，第三名為小米手機，市占率11%，蘋果電腦與華為以10%市占率並列第四，第5名為市占率8%的華為。

Counterpoint Technology Market Research指出，2013年第二季小米手機的市場市占率僅有2%，但是一年不到就突破了10%。報告認為，小米手機雖然硬體規格不如國外一線廠牌智慧型手機，但是其產品質量卻優於其他大陸企業生產的產品，因而在大陸內部獲得消費者青睞。小米最近在香港和台灣兩地的銷售量也在增加，日前還進入新加坡等地市場，逐步向海外開拓市場。

不過報告也指出，大陸手機通信環境正從第三代（3G）向4G LTE系統轉變，因此有必要關注小米第二季以後能否還會維持較高的市場占有率。
