服貿審議　王金平：若鬧雙包是大問題

318反服貿占領立院活動進入第5天，各界關心兩岸服貿協議要如何解套，立法院長王金平今受訪表示，服貿審議會不會鬧雙包是一個大問題，國民黨團願意院會逐條審查處理，但院會本就不是這樣處理，而是看委員會審查結果來做是否同意，根本不是重新審查，所以要如何做，大家還要再協商，如果同意退回委員會，誰主審？怎麼處理？問題還很大。

王金平說，目前仍做各方面努力，院長只是代表，對於學生要求王金平否決317會議效力，王金平說，張慶忠做法是否合法，不是院長決定，立院不是首長制，是議決制，院會做出決定才能夠處理，「我現在怎麼能處理？」

對於拒絕院際會議，媒體關心王金平與馬總統電話內容，王金平表示，有通電話，但內容不便透露。（蘇聖怡／台北報導）
