不爽坐車出遊　300陸客嗆旅行社詐欺

今天深夜12時許，近300名來自廈門旅客在基隆東岸碼頭前，包圍著1名中國國旅的領隊嗆聲說，「詐欺，退錢給我們！」不滿原定搭郵輪去台中的行程，臨時改成搭遊覽車前往，還有人抱怨旅行社排的餐廳，「吃的豬狗不如，比中國70年代吃得還糟糕！」。有旅客直說3萬元來台5天行程，目前只玩了1天，感覺被坑了。
 
中國國旅領隊解釋說，1739名旅客搭乘義大利籍郵輪「COSTA VICTORIA」，本月19號從廈門來台灣，進行5天行程，昨天航行至花蓮，因風浪過大不適合靠港，又駛回基隆靠港，輪船發電機故障必須維修，所以才安排旅客搭遊覽車去台中，引發陸客集體抗議，領隊表示會持續與旅客協調。（陳偉周／基隆報導）
