挪威農夫餓死400多隻豬 被判刑1年

法新社引述挪威廣播公司NRK的新聞報導說，挪威一個法院21日在一樁罕見的虐待動物案中，判決一名農民一年徒刑，因為他讓400多隻豬飢渴而死。

挪威南部滕斯貝格法院當日宣布，被告知道那些動物的情況，卻未作任何避免悲劇的處置，讓法院無法理解。NRK引述法院的判決說：「就動物的數量及其受害的程度而言，這是一起動物悲劇，幸好此事在挪威鮮少發生。」

挪威食品安全主管機關去年2月受理報案，開始調查一名農夫的農場，發現有400多隻豬死亡。
