爭議多時的台北市文林苑都更案昨有出人意料發展，王家占土地所有權三分之二的王耀德，昨率工人自行拆除組合屋，坦言「這遊戲我玩不起，不想毀了我一生」。

王家為保住組合屋，日前才對外募得一千七百多萬元反擔保金，王耀德突來的拆屋之舉，讓家族成員錯愕，他的父親王廣樹表示，事前完全不知情。～聯合報2014年 3月15日頭版頭條
