午餐:
海南雞飯(燒雞)+辣椒醬+冬瓜湯
晚餐:
波菜+空心菜+香辣魚丸X1+海鮮芝士豆腐X1+蟹肉條X1+蛋花湯+1/3的雞湯塊不加油
運動後:
柳橙半顆+蘋果半顆
零脂牛奶+香蕉麥片

這是我最近給自己設定的減肥餐
請問熱量分別大約是多少~謝謝!
