紐約金管單位接受比特幣兌換

（中央社台北2014年3月12日電）紐約金融主管單位說，將立即開始接受比特幣和其他數位貨幣兌換申請，以協助加速發展市場管理規則。

紐約金融服務負責人勞斯基（Benjamin Lawsky）昨天在聲明中宣布此事，他說，金融服務辦公室將在第2季結束前，建議一套虛擬貨幣公司的管理規則。

他說，東京比特幣交易所Mt. Gox倒閉顯示，「在保護消費者、網路安全和遵守反洗錢規定方面必須有健全的標準。我們將繼續快速和徹底的進行，以提供信譽良好的虛擬貨幣公司以負責任方式管理境內業務之道的規則」。比特幣是最流行的數位貨幣。

勞斯基曾在今年1月舉行如何構建他所謂「比特許可證」（BitLicense）的聽證會。根據紐約法律，金融服務負責人可以發布立即生效的緊急管理規定，或提出建議和給予有興趣的各方面60天到90天時間提供意見。

他昨天說：「最重要的目標是在沒有阻礙新的有利創新的支付平台發展下，平衡創造適當的管理保護措施。（譯者：中央社簡長盛）
