傳奇擬配發3.5元股利 砸重金揮軍韓國

遊戲股王傳奇 (4994) 去年每股盈餘4.25元，董事會決議議每股發放3.505元股利，其中，現金股利1.001元、股票股利2.504元，同時砸下重金，成立南韓子公司，額定資本額約300萬美元（約新台幣9000萬元）。

傳奇去年稅後純益3億元，每股純益4.25元，董事會日前決議每股發放3.505元股利，其中，現金股利1.001元、股票股利2.504元，去年盈餘轉增資之後，資本額將可擴大至8.82億元，預計6月26日召開股東會。

傳奇預計今年內完成設立南韓子公司，資本額300萬美元，初步兩大目標為拓展新客源以及就近提供客戶技術支援，未來新研發的手機遊戲產品引入當地市場，提升遊戲產品海外授權金營收成長。
