母雞保護小雞　港立法會議員籲死守旺角

香港電台報導，一批在旺角集會的民眾決定轉往金鐘支援，但旺角仍有幾百人繼續留守，包括港立法會議員黃毓民。
 
黃毓民說，現時正在抗爭，要戰鬥到底，成年人需要留守，等待警方清場，並保護學生免受暴力對待。他認為，若警方清場，一定會使用武力，但不知是警棍、水炮抑或催淚彈，但只要人多，暴力行為就不會得逞。（余浚安／綜合外電報導）
